WebMet: web-based data analysis methods for metabolism

WebMet offers some web-based data analysis methods for the study of metabolism. The following methods are available:

OGIS: the OGTT-based method for insulin sensitivity.

CSI: the method for insulin sensitivity from short IVGTT.

ExpFit: multiexponential data fitting for tracer kinetics and pharmacokinetics.

SecDec: calculation of insulin secretion by C-peptide deconvolution.

These methods have been developed at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering of the National Research Council with the collaboration of the Technical High School F. Severi. Access to OGIS and ExpFit is free. Access to SecDec requires registration.
